Omar Hadid has steered the SAR 2.4 B Jeddah Waterfront Regeneration to completion six months ahead of deadline. The 3.2 km development transforms the Red Sea coastline into a mixed-use destination with promenades, green spaces, retail pavilions, and a 450-berth marina.
The project earned LEED Gold certification and is projected to attract 4.5 million visitors annually.
