He established the company in Riyadh in 1977 as a contracting and infrastructure firm, before transforming it over nearly five decades into a major national entity with a strong presence across various regions of the Kingdom.

Since its establishment, Mutlaq Al-Ghuwairi has led the company with a vision centered on quality, engineering discipline, and the ability to execute major projects according to the highest operational standards. This approach positioned the company among the Kingdom’s top contracting firms and earned it a First-Class Classification in the contracting and infrastructure sector. Throughout his leadership journey, he supervised the execution of numerous vital projects, including water networks, water transmission lines, ground and elevated reservoirs, roads, bridges, tunnels, urban development projects, as well as operation and maintenance services.
